Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 3 3/4 cups (24 oz) white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (divided, 1/4 cup for mixing in and 1/4 cup for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×9 inch square pan with parchment paper that covers the sides, to make it easy to lift out the fudge once set.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir thoroughly to help the chocolate melt completely. If needed, microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add Flavor and Mix Sprinkles: Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of sprinkles quickly into the chocolate mixture, ensuring an even distribution.
  4. Spread Mixture: Immediately transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  5. Add Topping: Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of sprinkles on top of the fudge, gently pressing them into the surface to help them stick.
  6. Chill Until Firm: Refrigerate the fudge for several hours, or until it is completely cool and firm to the touch.
  7. Slice and Store: Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper, cut it into squares, and store in an airtight container. The fudge can be kept at room temperature or refrigerated for longer freshness.

Notes

  • Be careful not to overheat the chocolate in the microwave to prevent burning; stir well to help even melting.
  • Use good quality white chocolate chips for the best texture and flavor.
  • Feel free to customize the sprinkles or omit them for a simpler look.
  • Store leftover fudge in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
  • Fudge can also be stored at room temperature if consumed within a few days, otherwise refrigeration is recommended.
