Instructions

- Step 2: Stir the picked thyme leaves and chilli flakes into the cheese mixture until evenly combined.
- Step 3: Spread the sweet chilli jam evenly over the base of a baking dish (about 15 x 12 cm).
- Step 4: Spoon the cheese mixture over the chilli jam layer in the dish. Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan, extra thyme leaves, and a pinch of chilli flakes.
- Step 5: Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/gas mark 3. Place the baking dish onto a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling.
