  • 150g pot 0% fat Greek yogurt

Tips & Variations

  • For a spicier kick, leave the chilli seeds in or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the fritter mix.
  • You can substitute lamb mince with beef or turkey mince for a different flavor.
  • If you prefer a vegetarian version, replace the lamb with extra mashed chickpeas and add chopped spinach or grated carrot.
  • Serve with a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra brightness.

Storage

Store leftover fritters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a frying pan or oven to keep them crisp. Leftover wraps are best eaten fresh but can be wrapped tightly and kept in the fridge for a few hours.

Notes

  • Use lean lamb mince to reduce fat content and keep the fritters light.
  • Adjust the amount of chilli to suit your preferred spice level.
  • The garlic yogurt can be made ahead and refrigerated to allow flavors to meld.
  • Oven chips are optional but add a nice crunchy side to complement the wraps.
