Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pie Dough: Remove the refrigerated pie crusts from their packaging and allow them to come to room temperature according to package instructions.   2. Make the S’mores Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped chocolate bars, mini marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers. Stir until evenly mixed. For a gooier center, consider adding a bit more chocolate.
  3. Fill and Seal the Mini Pies: Scoop about one tablespoon of the marshmallow mixture into the center of half of the pie dough circles.
