Rolls and Filling
- 1 Can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 16 Slices Ham or Deli Sliced Ham (two slices per crescent roll)
- 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese (each slice cut into 4 equal pieces)
Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the crescent rolls.
- Prepare Crescent Rolls: Open the can of crescent rolls and separate the dough into 8 triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add Ham and Cheese: Place two slices of ham on each crescent roll triangle. Then, add four small pieces of cheddar cheese on top of the ham.
- Roll Up Crescents: Starting at the wide end of each triangle, roll up the dough with the ham and cheese inside, forming crescent shapes. Place them spaced evenly apart on the baking sheet.
- Brush with Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic salt, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture generously over each rolled crescent to enhance flavor and add a golden finish.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your warm, cheesy ham crescent rolls!
Notes
- You can substitute cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese like Swiss or mozzarella.
- For vegetarian option, replace ham with sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
- Garlic salt can be omitted or reduced if watching sodium intake.
- These rolls are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
