For the Salmon:
- 2 Salmon fillets (140–200 g / 5–7 oz each)
- 1 tsp Olive oil (for brushing the pan)
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion powder

- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
