  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional: baby spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is well seasoned.
  2. Add the Cheeses and Herbs: To the chicken mixture, add shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped fresh parsley. Stir everything together until thoroughly combined creating a creamy, cheesy filling.
  3. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. This mixture will be used to brush the tortillas before cooking.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each flour tortilla on a flat surface. If using baby spinach, layer a few leaves on each tortilla. Evenly divide the chicken cheese mixture among the four tortillas, spreading it in the center. Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling and roll tightly into wraps.
  5. Cook the Wraps: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brush the garlic butter mixture on the outside of each wrap. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
